CoreInto client guide: My Services overview with the main sections of the article

/client/services (My Services) opens with three tiles (active, pending, suspended) and, when a service is suspended, a notice with a button to the unpaid invoices. The table lists product and domain, price and term, next due date, a status badge and a Manage button. The Current tab shows pending, active and suspended services; "All, including closed" adds the rest. Order New Services goes to the store; Add-ons opens the page that is still being built. Needs "See services".

/client/services/ID is one service. Under the breadcrumb come the product name with its status badge and the action buttons, then tiles for the registration date, the next due date and the recurring amount with its term; a service on a server adds tiles for disk and bandwidth use with bars (red from 90 percent). The sidebar's Service Actions block holds the same actions and "Open a ticket about this service", which opens the ticket form with the service already chosen. The cards:

  • Service Details: domain (as a link), product and group, billing cycle, recurring amount, status, and the configurable options chosen.
  • Account (services on a server): username, IP address, nameservers, the server's hostname, and disk and bandwidth use when the server reports them.
  • Add-ons: the service's add-ons with price, next due date and status badge.
  • Licence (licence products): the key, status, the server, domain and folder it is bound to, the last check, and Reissue Licence to clear the binding before moving the software (needs "Manage services"; the page says when a reissue is not allowed).

A suspended service shows the reason (unless staff suspended it) and a link to the unpaid invoices. A waiting cancellation request is announced with its date.
