About CoreInto
CoreInto makes billing, automation and support software for web hosting companies, and the control panels intoPanel and StackRegent. All three are self-hosted, licensed per installation or server, and sold through CoreInto's own stores.

What CoreInto is and why it exists
CoreInto is a billing, automation and support system for web hosting companies: a client area, invoicing, domains, hosting provisioning, a support desk and software licensing in one self-hosted PHP and MySQL application. It was built because the systems hosting companies rely on had become expensive in a way that punished growth. As published in October 2026, WHMCS charges $34.95 a month for 250 clients and $1,999.95 for unlimited; a small host pays more for billing than for the server it bills for.
CoreInto's plans at system.coreinto.com run from $7.99 a month for 250 client accounts to $19.99 for unlimited, every plan has the full feature set, and there is no branded tier. The software runs on your own hosting account with your own database, so your client records and your gateway keys never leave your server.
- One application: client area, billing, domains, provisioning, support, licensing
- Self-hosted on PHP 8.1 to 8.5 with MySQL or MariaDB
- Plans differ only by client count; no feature walls
- WHMCS import built in for companies moving over

How CoreInto is built
CoreInto is a set of PHP files and one database, installed by uploading a zip, opening the web installer and adding a cron job. Secrets such as API keys, gateway keys, saved card tokens and the licence signing key are encrypted with a key kept in the configuration file, not in the database, and two-step sign-in with TOTP can be required for staff. The admin folder can be renamed, and the API, module, gateway and admin logs record what was done.
Updates are signed releases downloaded from the licence server and verified with CoreInto's release key before they are installed, with a Database Update step when a release needs one; the same mechanism is available to anyone selling software through the Licensing Manager. The manual is built into every installation and published on this site under /docs, so the documentation and the software ship together.
- PHP 8.1 to 8.5, PDO MySQL, MySQL or MariaDB
- Encrypted secrets with the key in the configuration file
- Signed updates verified with CoreInto's release key
- Daily database backups with kept copies and restore
- Manual built in and published at /docs
How to reach us
Sales questions go to sales@coreinto.com or the form on the contact page. Support for a licensed installation is by ticket at system.coreinto.com/contact, from the client area where your licence keys and invoices are, so the ticket stays attached to the installation it concerns.
The store, the client area and the licence server are all the same CoreInto installation at system.coreinto.com, running the same release you can install yourself.

Frequently asked questions
What is CoreInto?
CoreInto is a self-hosted billing, automation and support system for web hosting companies, written in PHP with a MySQL or MariaDB database. It combines a client area, invoicing, domain selling, hosting provisioning, a support desk and software licensing in one application that installs on an ordinary hosting account with one cron job.
Who makes CoreInto?
CoreInto the company, which also makes intoPanel, a hosting control panel for AlmaLinux, and StackRegent, a hosting control panel for Windows Server. Both panels are sold through stores that run on CoreInto, and CoreInto's own licences are sold from system.coreinto.com, which runs the same software.
Why is CoreInto cheaper than WHMCS?
CoreInto's plans differ only by how many client accounts an installation may hold, from $7.99 a month for 250 to $19.99 for unlimited, with every feature on every plan and no branded tier. As published in October 2026, WHMCS charges $34.95 a month for 250 clients and $1,999.95 for unlimited.
Is CoreInto hosted by you or by me?
By you. CoreInto installs on your own hosting account with your own database; nothing except the daily licence check and signed update downloads goes to CoreInto's servers. Your client records, gateway keys and saved card tokens stay on your server, encrypted with a key held in your configuration file.
How do I contact CoreInto?
For sales, email sales@coreinto.com or use the form on the contact page. For support on a licensed installation, open a ticket at system.coreinto.com/contact from the client area where your licence is listed. The documentation at /docs answers most questions about how a feature works.
