This privacy policy explains what information CoreInto collects through the coreinto.com website and through the CoreInto software, how we use it and what choices you have.
1. Who we are
CoreInto is a billing system for your hosting account made by CoreInto. CoreInto operates the website coreinto.com and is the data controller for the information described in this policy. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean CoreInto.
2. Information collected through this website
When you use the contact form, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address and message, and use them only to answer you. We do not sell this information.
3. Cookies and your consent
On your first visit we show a cookie notice with two choices: "Accept all" or "Essential only". Essential cookies are needed for the site to work, for example to remember your cookie choice and protect forms. Analytics cookies are set only after you choose "Accept all". You can change your choice at any time by clearing cookies for this site, which shows the notice again.
4. Analytics
If you consent, we use analytics to understand which pages are visited and how the site can be improved. No analytics run before you give consent, and choosing "Essential only" keeps them off.
5. Store, client area and support tickets
Orders, payments, client accounts and support tickets are handled by CoreInto at system.coreinto.com, which includes the store, the client area and the ticket system. Information you provide there, such as billing details and ticket contents, is used to deliver the licences and support you request. Payments are processed by the payment provider you choose.
6. Licence checks from CoreInto
CoreInto contacts the licence server to check its licence. A licence check sends the licence key, the product code, a hash of the machine fingerprint and the panel version. It does not send your customers' data, website content, mailboxes, databases or passwords.
7. How long we keep information
We keep contact form messages and support tickets for as long as needed to answer them and to keep a record of our support history. Account, order and invoice records are kept while you are a customer and afterwards for as long as required for accounting and legal obligations. Licence check records are kept for as long as needed to operate and secure the licensing service.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict some uses of it, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, contact us as described below. We may need to confirm your identity first.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.

Does CoreInto send my customers' data to CoreInto?
No. A licence check sends only the licence key, the product code, a hash of the machine fingerprint and the panel version. It does not send your customers' websites, mailboxes, databases or passwords. That information stays on your server, and licence checks are used only to confirm the licence is valid.
Does coreinto.com use analytics cookies?
Only if you allow them. The cookie notice offers Accept all or Essential only. Analytics run only after you choose Accept all. With Essential only, the site sets just the cookies it needs to work, such as the one that remembers your choice.
Where is my order and billing information handled?
Orders, payments, the client area and support tickets are handled by CoreInto at system.coreinto.com. Payments themselves are processed by the payment provider you choose at checkout. The coreinto.com website itself collects only what you enter in the contact form and your cookie choices.
How do I ask CoreInto to delete or export my data?
