Competitor prices as published in October 2026; check each vendor's site for current figures. The Blesta and Clientexec monthly licences listed here are not tiered by client count, and both offer options not shown: Blesta a Flex plan at $23.95 and owned licences from $350 to $500 plus $62 a year for support, Clientexec a hosted option. WHMCS brings the largest ecosystem and marketplace. CoreInto has no branded tier because no badge is forced into the client area on any plan.

How the CoreInto licence works

Each installation runs with one licence key, in the form CI- followed by four groups of five letters and digits, bound to the site's domain and folder. The key goes in during the web installer, on Utilities, CoreInto Licence, or with php cli.php licence-set KEY. Once a day the installation checks in with system.coreinto.com and saves the answer.

If the licence server cannot be reached, the site keeps working until the saved answer expires and then for a grace period. Only after that does the admin area become restricted: staff see the licence page alone, provisioning stops and staff cannot add clients, while the client area, payments and automation carry on. Enter a valid key and everything returns.

  • One key per installation, bound to domain and folder
  • Daily check against system.coreinto.com with a saved answer
  • Grace period after the saved answer expires
  • Restricted mode keeps the client area, payments and cron running
  • No CoreInto badge forced into your client area on any plan

Hosting billing software pricing by client count

CoreInto has six plans and one dimension: how many client accounts the installation may hold. Starter allows 250 clients at $7.99 a month or $79.99 a year. Plus allows 1,000 at $9.99 or $99.99. Pro allows 5,000 at $12.99 or $129.99. Business allows 25,000 at $15.99 or $159.99. Unlimited removes the cap at $19.99 or $199.99. The free trial allows 25 clients for ten days at no charge.

A client in this sense is a billed account, not a user. One client can have several users signing in with their own permissions, and those users do not count against the limit. Nor do staff accounts, products, servers, domains or tickets. A reseller with 200 customers who each have two logins is well inside the Starter plan.

Because the plans differ only by that number, choosing one is a matter of counting your current clients and leaving room to grow. Moving up later means buying the next plan at system.coreinto.com and entering the new key under Utilities, CoreInto Licence; the installation and its data stay exactly where they are. Plans are bought from the CoreInto store, and questions go to sales@coreinto.com.

What a CoreInto plan includes at every tier

The feature list does not change between Starter and Unlimited. Every plan runs the client area in Classic or Horizon with light and dark themes, the catalogue with configurable options, add-ons, bundles and promotions, the store, cart and checkout, and the full invoice system with reminders, late fees, tax rules, credit, quotes, credit and debit notes, disputes and mass pay.

Every plan also includes the five payment gateways, the cPanel & WHM and intoPanel server modules, the five registrar modules, the support desk with email piping and POP or IMAP mailboxes, the knowledgebase, announcements and downloads, the affiliate programme, 23 reports with CSV export, the JSON API with scoped credentials, the Licensing Manager with signed releases, and the guided WHMCS import. Gateway Fee and Renewal Pricing add-on modules are included too.

Automation is the same on every plan: one cron job generates invoices, sends reminders, suspends and terminates, syncs domains, updates currency rates, takes a database backup and prunes old data daily, and runs the email queue, ticket mailboxes and module queue frequently. Signed updates are downloaded from the licence server and verified with CoreInto's release key regardless of plan. The features page lists each area in detail.

Monthly or yearly: which billing cycle to pick

Every plan can be bought by the month or by the year. The yearly price is ten times the monthly price, so a year costs about two months less than paying monthly: Starter is $79.99 a year against $95.88 over twelve months, and Unlimited is $199.99 against $239.88. The feature set and client limit are identical on both cycles.

Monthly suits an installation that is still being set up, a company trying CoreInto beside its current system, or a reseller whose client count is close to a plan boundary and may need to move up within a few months. Paying monthly also keeps the first payment small while the WHMCS import is run and checked.

Yearly suits a stable installation. One renewal a year means one invoice from system.coreinto.com and one licence check-in that matters, and the saving covers roughly two months. Whichever you choose, the licence key is the same kind of key and is entered in the same place, so switching cycle at renewal does not touch the installation. Buy or renew at the store, and open a ticket at system.coreinto.com/contact if an invoice or key needs attention.

CoreInto pricing compared with WHMCS tiers

WHMCS also prices by client count, which makes the comparison direct. As published in October 2026, WHMCS Plus for 250 clients is $34.95 a month, Professional for 500 is $54.95, Business 1000 is $84.95, Business 2500 is $179.95, Business 5000 is $284.95, Business 10000 is $399.95 and Business Unlimited is $1,999.95. CoreInto at the same points is $7.99 for 250, $9.99 for 1,000, $12.99 for 5,000 and $19.99 for unlimited.

The gap widens with size. At 250 clients the difference is $26.96 a month; at 5,000 it is $271.96; at unlimited it is $1,979.96. Over a year on CoreInto's yearly prices, an unlimited installation costs $199.99 against WHMCS's $23,999.40 at monthly rates.

WHMCS earns its position with the largest ecosystem in hosting billing: a marketplace of modules, themes and integrations and years of third-party development. CoreInto answers with the modules a hosting company needs most built in, a Licensing Manager, a guided import of the WHMCS database that can run repeatedly until switch-over, and a price that does not climb with the business. The CoreInto vs WHMCS page sets out the full comparison, and the WHMCS alternative page covers the move.

Branded and unbranded licences: why CoreInto has neither

Several billing systems sell two editions of the same software. As published in October 2026, Blesta's monthly licence is $17.95 branded or $20.95 unbranded, and Clientexec's self-hosted licence is $16.95 branded or $19.95 unbranded. The branded edition shows the vendor's name in your client area; the extra $3 a month removes it.

CoreInto has one edition. No CoreInto badge is placed in the client area on any plan, so the footer, the invoices and the emails carry your company's name and nothing else. There is nothing to pay to remove because nothing is added. The client-area templates are yours to copy and edit, and the store heading, text and buttons are settings.

Both competitors have strengths worth noting honestly. Blesta is known for its modular plugin architecture and offers owned licences from $350 to $500 with $62 a year for support, as well as a Flex plan at $23.95. Clientexec offers a hosted option for companies that do not want to run the software themselves. CoreInto is self-hosted only. The CoreInto vs Blesta page goes into the detail.

What happens when you reach the client limit

The client limit is enforced by the licence. Each plan's key tells the installation how many client accounts it may hold, and the number is shown on Utilities, CoreInto Licence beside the current count. The limit counts billed client accounts; users, staff, products, services, domains, invoices and tickets are not counted.

Growing past the limit is handled by buying the next plan at system.coreinto.com and entering the new key on the same page, or with php cli.php licence-set KEY. The installation, database and settings are untouched, so there is no migration between plans. Starter to Plus, Plus to Pro, Pro to Business and Business to Unlimited are each a few dollars a month apart, from $7.99 up to $19.99.

Companies that import from WHMCS should count the clients in the import's comparison report before choosing a plan, because the import brings across every client record including those with no active services. The ten-day trial holds 25 clients, which is enough to test the import process on a sample and the full workflow from order to invoice to provisioning. The free trial page describes what to test.

Add-on modules and the PKNIC registrar sold separately

Add-on modules are features that are not part of every installation. Each is a folder under modules/ with its own code, pages and README, switched on or off under Settings, Add-on Modules. Two ship with CoreInto at no extra cost: Gateway Fee, which adds a charge when a client pays through a given gateway, and Renewal Pricing, which lets a renewal price differ from the first-term price.

One module is sold separately: the PKNIC registrar module for .pk domains. Unlike the ResellerClub, Namecheap, Spaceship, Porkbun and Dynadot modules, which were built against public APIs, this module works the SRS member dashboard on your behalf. It is priced on its own at system.coreinto.com rather than bundled into a plan, so hosts who do not sell .pk domains do not pay for it.

A module supplied separately is installed by uploading its folder and switching it on; the manual's developer guide documents how a module is built, so a company can write its own for a registrar or gateway not on the list. Planned gateways such as Authorize.net, 2Checkout, Skrill, WorldPay, PayFast, Perfect Money and crypto providers will arrive in a later update rather than as paid add-ons. The developer guide has the module structure.

How to buy, renew and move a CoreInto licence

Plans are bought from the store at system.coreinto.com, which is itself a CoreInto installation. Choose a plan and a monthly or yearly term, pay, and the licence key appears on the service page in the client area. Enter it in the web installer when installing, on Utilities, CoreInto Licence afterwards, or with php cli.php licence-set KEY from the shell. The installation checks in daily and saves the answer.

Renewal is an invoice from system.coreinto.com before the term ends, paid in the client area there. Once paid, the next daily check picks up the new term with nothing to re-enter. If the licence server is unreachable on a given day, the saved answer carries the site until it expires, then a grace period applies before the admin area becomes restricted.

A key is bound to the site's domain and folder, so a move to a new domain, folder or hosting account is a licensing matter rather than a reinstall; raise it by ticket at system.coreinto.com/contact before the move, and the client area, payments and automation keep running in the meantime. Upgrading from the trial or between plans is just a new key on the same licence page. Sales questions go to sales@coreinto.com.

Frequently asked questions

How much does CoreInto cost?

Starter is $7.99 a month or $79.99 a year for 250 clients. Plus is $9.99 or $99.99 for 1,000. Pro is $12.99 or $129.99 for 5,000. Business is $15.99 or $159.99 for 25,000. Unlimited is $19.99 or $199.99. Every plan has the full feature set; only the client limit changes.

Is there a free plan or trial?

There is a free trial: ten days, 25 client accounts, no card, one per installation. It runs the complete feature set, so you can test the import, provisioning, gateways in sandbox mode and the client area. When it ends, buy a plan and enter the new key under Utilities, CoreInto Licence without reinstalling.

Do I need an unbranded licence to remove the CoreInto badge?

No. CoreInto does not place a badge in your client area on any plan, so there is no branded or unbranded edition and nothing extra to pay. Compare that with Blesta at $17.95 branded or $20.95 unbranded and Clientexec at $16.95 or $19.95, as published in October 2026.

What counts as a client against my plan limit?

A client is a billed account with a name, address, currency, services, domains, invoices and tickets. Users who sign in to that account are not counted, and neither are staff, products, servers, services, domains or tickets. So one client company with five logins counts as one client on your plan.

What happens if my licence lapses?

The site keeps working until the saved daily answer expires and then through a grace period. After that the admin area is restricted to the licence page: no provisioning and no new clients added by staff. The client area, payments and automation keep running. Entering a valid key lifts the restriction.

Can I upgrade to a bigger plan later?

Yes. Buy the next plan at system.coreinto.com and enter the new key on Utilities, CoreInto Licence, or with php cli.php licence-set KEY. The installation, database and settings are not touched, so there is no migration between plans. The same applies when the free trial ends and you move to a paid plan.

Are the WHMCS, Blesta and Clientexec prices current?

They are the figures published by each vendor in October 2026 and may have changed since; check each vendor's site before deciding. CoreInto's own prices are the ones sold at system.coreinto.com. The comparison pages for WHMCS and Blesta describe each product's strengths alongside the price difference.
