Contact CoreInto

Sales questions go to sales@coreinto.com or the form on this page. Support for a licensed installation goes through a ticket at system.coreinto.com, where it stays attached to your licence and invoices.

The form goes to sales; support is by ticket

The form on this page is read by sales. Use it for questions before you buy: which plan fits your number of client accounts, how the 10-day trial works, whether a gateway, registrar or panel you depend on is supported, or how the WHMCS import handles your data. Replies come by email to the address you give.

Support for an installation that already has a licence is handled by ticket at system.coreinto.com/contact. A ticket is tied to your client area login at system.coreinto.com, where your licence keys and invoices are, so the person answering can see which installation and plan you mean, and the conversation stays in one thread you can return to. Many answers are already in the documentation, which is the fastest place to look first.

Frequently asked questions

Who do I contact with a sales question about CoreInto?

Email sales@coreinto.com or use the form on this page. Sales covers plan choice by client count, monthly and yearly prices, what the free trial includes, and questions from resellers and agencies planning several installations. If you already have a licence and the question concerns that installation, a ticket is the better route.

How do I get support for my CoreInto installation?

Open a ticket at system.coreinto.com/contact from the client area where your licence is listed. Include your CoreInto version, your PHP version, what you were trying to do and the exact message you saw. Never put passwords, API keys or gateway secrets in the ticket text.

The installer or cron job is not working. Where do I ask?

Check the Getting started chapter of the administrator guide first: CoreInto needs PHP 8.1 to 8.5 with PDO MySQL, an empty MySQL or MariaDB database, and one cron job, and Utilities > Automation Status shows whether the cron job is running. If it still fails, open a ticket at system.coreinto.com/contact with what the page or the command printed.

Do I need to contact anyone to enter or change my licence key?

No. The key is entered during the web installer, under Utilities > CoreInto Licence, or with php cli.php licence-set KEY. Plan changes are made in the client area at system.coreinto.com. The key is bound to the site's domain and folder and checked once a day.

I want to move from WHMCS. Who should I talk to?

Write to sales@coreinto.com with the size of your WHMCS database and the gateways, registrars and panels you use, or read the WHMCS import page first. The guided import under Utilities > Import Data can be tried on the free trial and run again as often as you need before switching over.
