Terms of service
Last updated: 21 October 2026
These terms of service govern your use of CoreInto licences and software and of the coreinto.com website. CoreInto is made and licensed by CoreInto. By ordering, installing or using CoreInto you agree to these terms. Other CoreInto products, such as CoreInto and CoreInto Billing, are covered by their own terms.
1. Licence grant
When you buy a CoreInto licence, CoreInto grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use CoreInto for the term you have paid for, subject to these terms. The software is licensed, not sold.
2. One licence per server
Each licence key covers one server and is bound to that server's installation (its domain and folder). To move a licence to another server, ask us to reissue it through a support ticket. Each plan limits the number of hosting accounts (subscriptions) as described in the store; domains, mailboxes and databases per account are not limited by the plan.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Licences are sold as subscriptions billed monthly or yearly, as offered in the store at system.coreinto.com/store. Prices are in USD. Subscriptions renew for the same period unless cancelled before the renewal date. The free trial lasts for the period stated in the store and ends automatically unless you order a paid licence.
4. Prohibited uses
You may not:
- copy, resell, sublicense or redistribute the software except as these terms allow;
- remove, bypass or tamper with licence checks or update signature checks;
- reverse engineer the software except where the law allows it despite this restriction;
- use the software to host or send malware, spam or content that is illegal where it is hosted; or
- use the software to attack, probe or disrupt other systems without permission.
5. Updates
Updates are provided free while your licence is active and are delivered only from the licence server. Each update package is signed with the CoreInto release key, and the software verifies it before installing. We may change, add or remove features in updates.
6. Restricted mode when a licence lapses
The licence is checked daily. If a licence expires, is not renewed or cannot be verified after the grace period, the panel enters restricted mode. In restricted mode administrators can reach the licence page but cannot add accounts or install updates. Websites, mail, DNS and customer panels keep running, so your customers are not taken offline. Renewing the licence returns the panel to normal operation.
7. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your servers, your your hosting account licensing, your customers, the content you host, backups of your data and compliance with laws that apply to your hosting business.
8. Warranty disclaimer
Except as stated in these terms, the software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, CoreInto is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue or profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to CoreInto is limited to the amount you paid for the affected licence in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or end a licence if you materially breach these terms, such as by bypassing licence checks. You may stop using the software and cancel your subscription at any time.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], to be stated by CoreInto.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. For questions, submit a ticket.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use one CoreInto licence on several servers?
No. Each licence key covers one server and is bound to that server's installation (its domain and folder). If you run several servers, each needs its own licence. To move a licence to a new server, submit a ticket and ask for the licence to be reissued.
What happens if I do not renew my CoreInto licence?
The panel enters restricted mode after the grace period. Administrators can reach the licence page but cannot add accounts or install updates. Websites, mail, DNS and customer panels keep running, so your customers stay online. Renewing returns the panel to normal operation.
Are updates included with my licence?
Yes. Updates are free while your licence is active and are delivered only from the licence server. Each update package is signed with the CoreInto release key, and the software verifies the signature before installing it, so altered packages are rejected before they can change anything on your server.
Can I pay monthly instead of yearly?
Yes. Every CoreInto plan has a monthly and a yearly price, listed in USD in the store. Subscriptions renew for the same period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Payment methods include card, PayPal, crypto currency and bank transfer.
