/ opens with the heading and text set on the Store tab, a domain search box and a Transfer button, then four quick links (Buy a Domain, Order Hosting, Make Payment, Get Support). Hosting Plans shows a card per product group that is not hidden, with its headline, the first features of its cheapest plan, the "From" price in the visitor's currency and the number of plans. Domain Pricing lists the extensions in the spotlight with their register, transfer and renew prices and a Search button per extension. "Why order here" names the payment methods that are turned on and the support departments, and the three latest announcements follow. With the setting "Skip the home page and open the client area (or sign-in)" on, / goes straight to the dashboard or the sign-in page.
A software or licence seller (or any store with domain registration off) has no domain search: the banner shows the main button set on the Store tab ("See plans" by default) with Sign in, or My Licences for a signed-in client; the quick links are Order a Licence, My Licences, Make Payment and Get Support; the plans heading is "Plans"; there is no domain price table; and "Why order here" says that licence keys are issued as soon as the payment arrives.
Store
/store and /store/GROUP share a layout: on the left a Categories box (every product group that is not hidden, the open one marked) and an Actions box (Register a New Domain, Transfer a Domain, View Cart with the number of items); on the right the order steps (Choose a plan, Configure, Checkout) and the products. /store is a quick overview that stays fast with any number of products: a card for each group with its name, headline, up to four of its features, the lowest price in the visitor's currency ("From", for the shortest term on offer, or Free) and the number of plans, each card opening the group; then a domain search when some plan for sale asks for a domain name. With domain registration off, the Actions box has no domain items, the lead says "Pick a plan and check out in a few minutes" and no domain search is shown. /store/GROUP lists that group's products, then a domain search when one of its plans asks for a domain name (Ask for a domain name when ordering). Each product is a card with a dark title band (the name, and "N Available" when stock control is on, or "Most popular" for a featured product), its specification on the left and the price on the right. The specification comes from the product's description, one line per item: a line written as "Label: Value" is shown with the value in bold and the label beside it (for example "RAM: 16 GB ECC DDR3"), any other line as it is; up to ten lines are shown. The price block says Starting from (Price when there is one term only) with the lowest price and its term, the setup fee when there is one, and Order now, or Out of stock when stock control has run out. The same products as plans: name, the lowest price with its term ("From" when there are several terms), the feature list, Order now, or Out of stock when stock control has run out. A product marked as featured carries "Most popular". A list of features every plan includes can follow the plans.
/store/GROUP/PRODUCT is the configure page, with an order summary on the right and a Continue shopping link under Add to cart. A server product also asks for the host name, the nameserver prefixes and the root or administrator password (with a strength meter, a Generate button and show/hide); the password is stored sealed with the order and set on the server at setup. Configurable options are rows with an icon chosen from the option's name (processor, memory, storage, operating system, control panel, IP addresses, bandwidth, backups, security, mail, users, licences; sliders otherwise) and show the price for the billing term chosen above; changing the term changes the prices shown. Depending on the product it asks for a domain (register a new one, transfer one, use a domain the client owns, or a free subdomain when the product offers them), the billing term, configurable options, add-ons and the product's custom fields. Add to cart puts the item in the cart.
When Settings > Currencies has a home country with its own currency and a currency for other countries, a line "Prices for: Home country (XXX) | Other countries (YYY)" appears above store pages. Visitors can switch; the choice is remembered in a cookie. Otherwise the visitor's country comes from their connection (Cloudflare's header, or the lookup service set under General Settings, Localisation), else the default country. A signed-in client's prices are in their account's currency, which follows the country on Account Details until the account's first invoice.
Domain search and transfer
/domains/search (Register a New Domain) and /domains/transfer (Transfer Domains to Us) are the same page in two modes. The search box sits in a banner, followed by the extensions staff put in the spotlight as price cards, a list of popular extensions, and "All domain prices": every extension with a price in the visitor's currency, with register, transfer and renew prices. The result shows, with a large tick or cross, whether the name is available (when "Check availability in domain search" is on), already registered with you, or has no price in the visitor's currency. For an available name the client picks the number of years, ticks any domain add-ons, and for a transfer types the transfer (EPP) code from the current registrar, then Add to cart. Extensions that need documents say so. Registration or transfer can be turned off in General Settings, Domains; the page then says it is not offered.
Cart and checkout
/cart lists the items as cards with their prices and problems, Continue shopping, Add another product, Empty the cart, the order summary (with the renewal amounts), a promotion code box and, when "Show product recommendations" is on, "You may also like". Checkout is disabled until every problem is fixed.
/cart/checkout asks a new client for their details, the custom fields asked at sign-up, a password and, when marketing consent is on, the marketing tick box; a signed-in client sees their billing details with a Change link. Then the order, a Notes box (when "Notes field at checkout" is on), the payment method, the terms of service tick box (when required) and a captcha for new clients. Place order creates the order and its invoice. If a new client's country has another currency than the cart, the order is not placed and the checkout shows the new prices first. What happens next follows the setting "After checkout": the confirmation page (/cart/complete/NUMBER, with the order number, the amount due and a button to the invoice), the invoice, or straight to payment. Orders covers ordering in depth.
